COVID -19 Safety Plan
The Pandemic is over but we continue to follow recommendations from the World Health Organization  and Health Canada to protect our guests and ourselves. We've always deep-cleaned the accommodation between guests but have now added extra disinfecting procedures to our cleaning protocol.
  • All surfaces are cleaned, followed by disinfecting high touch surfaces with 70% alcohol
  • ​​​All bedding is replaced between guests including mattress cover, sheets, duvet cover, throws, zippered pillow protectors 
  • KITCHEN: All dishware, glasses, cutlery, cooking pots are sanitized between guests
  • We provide cleaning products in the suite for the use of the guests
  • We maintain social distancing and communicate with our guests in person or by text/email/phone

Your Hosts Paula and Marius - Our Story
Although life in Vancouver was great while we were working and raising a family the appeal of living in a smaller, quieter, less chaotic environment was calling to us ! In 2010 we were very fortunate to find this unique, custom built beach house  on  a peaceful rural road in a friendly community located North of Powell River, BC.

Our Guest Suite is built on top of the main Beach House , a completely private and self-contained accommodation that we offer to other like minded visitors searching for a peaceful sanctuary to escape to for a few days.
We enjoy sharing the property with others from around the globe and never tire of the environment, sunny or stormy, wet and wild, it's always beautiful and an inspirational place to live.  

In 2021 we've finally had time to develop an art studio/workshop, hopefully we'll make time to feed our creative energy. 
Paula designs and creates garden furniture and functional objects from local red cedar, driftwood, metal and fibre.
Marius is an artist and musician, passionate about sculpting in local yellow Cedar and playing acoustic guitar.

We encourage you to bring your musical instrument, no pressure, you won't disturb us , live music mixed with the sound of the waves is always a special treat!
