Beach House Rates  2025

Please note there is only one rental unit/studio suite at Blitz Beach House.
This suite will comfortably  accommodate 2 adults, please ask about infants and small children.   
We are associated with several online booking sites but most charge extra fees to both the guest and the host.
We prefer and really appreciate Direct Bookings that way everyone saves !!
NOTE: We do not charge extra fees! 

June 15 - Sept 15     PEAK Season
3 night min. $720 plus tax
additional nights  $240+ tax
Weekly Rate : discounted rate $1550 plus taxes

Sept 16 - June 14 Ask about our late Fall/Spring specials
2 night min.  $400 includes tax
3 nights  @ $595 includes tax
additional nights  $180.00    
We have a 2 night minimum during this time but 3 nights are highly recommended especially if you're traveling from the Vancouver area and need to take 2 ferries to get here!
You'll appreciate having one complete day to relax between arriving and departing

Cancellation Policy:

June 15 to Sept 15
  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
  • 30 days notice is required prior to arrival for a refund of your deposit, please understand that we have only one rental unit and are holding it for you during peak booking times making it unavailable for others to book
  • Less than 30 days notice and we will retain the deposit unless we can rebook the suite
Sept 16 t0 June 14
  • 14 days notice is required prior to arrival for a full refund 
  • Less than 14 days notice and we will retain the deposit unless we can rebook the suite

  • Deposit: Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit of $200.00 CDN
  • Payment of Balance: due at check-in.

  • To reduce extra fees we prefer e-transfers for the Deposit & Cash or e-transfer on arrival 
  • Check in 4:00 pm

  • Smoking: permitted outside only please
  • Pets: No pets please, we maintain an allergy free, scent free environment for our guests.
